| Great for stocking stuffers, window ornaments, or even wearable art,
these pressed glass coins were handmade by Toby and Hank Schwartz who often
collaborate on a variety of glass made at their "mom and pop shop" in Southern
Vermont. |
 |
| Glass coins were used between the 9th and 15th century as a unit of
measurement. They were usually 3 sizes(weights) and had inscriptions of who
was in power at the time. We carve our own (or inspired) designs out of graphite
and then press into a bit of hot glass to capture the image. |
